In addition to strengthen government plan and supervision, the effective way to solve this problem is to find the breakthrough in its technology. Though the BFRs is the major consumption filed in the near future, the growth is becoming weaker to the negative growth. The organic intermediates, as the new dynamics of Bromine, will maintain the momentum of slight stable growth.
